Quick note: The customer service is horrible here.. the meal wasn't that good, especially for the price.. and when we asked if we could use our "free ride to the top with dining" at a later point in time, (like during the daytime, to get better pictures) they were not accomodating. In fact they were quite rude, saying "why - it is the same view you have now" The manager even said he would "write us a note- even thouh he didn't know what good it would do" and then he walked away, never to be seen again. Buy the pass to the top and take your pictures, pass on the overpriced meal... They have no concept of customer service, especially for tourists who may never have an opportunity to return. my pictures are so blurry because of the whipping winds at the top at night, or because they are thru the glass while dining... would have loved a chance to photograph during the day but wasn't going to give these rude peeps any more money. | |||
